Our client, a well-established firm based in Washington, is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with exceptional project management skills to join their team in the Tri-Cities area. This role will lead a variety of land development projects, including residential subdivisions, multifamily housing, commercial and mixed-use sites, and industrial developments. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that help shape thriving communities. Salary: $119K - $150K DOE Benefits : Paid holidays: 8 PTO: Starting at 132 hours annually EAP: Employee Assistance Program Benefit options: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, PPO and HDHP options with HSA contributions, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, 401k, Discretionary Annual Bonus Other voluntary benefits include the following: Collaborative and Supportive Work Environment, Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities: Manage and deliver civil engineering projects from planning through construction Lead and mentor engineering staff on technical work and career development Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and public agencies Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Produce construction documents using Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software Coordinate with internal disciplines to ensure smooth project execution Support business development through client relationship management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license Minimum 10 years of experience in site civil design (grading, utilities, stormwater, erosion control) At least 3 years in a consulting role with experience mentoring staff and managing clients Proven track record of successful project delivery including schedule and budget management Proficient with Civil 3D and stormwater modeling tools such as MGS Flood and WWHM Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Passion for making a positive impact in the communities we serve Work sponsorship is not available at this time.
