Fabricator - Rail Builder Job Description The candidate will utilize brake press, shears, rollers, and digibenders to fabricate and assemble various products, including railings, ladders, stairs, baffles, floor hatches, and pole line hardware. They must debur their own parts and use various hand and power tools. Additionally, they will be required to measure parts with a tape measure and tack weld some parts together, ensuring precise and efficient fabrication. Responsibilities Build and fabricate handrails by laying out, cutting, bending, fitting, and tacking. Utilize brake press, shears, rollers, and digibenders for fabrication processes. Debur and assemble various components including railings, ladders, stairs, baffles, floor hatches, and pole line hardware. Accurately measure parts using a tape measure. Tack weld parts together when necessary. Essential Skills Proficiency in fabrication, specifically building rails. Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th inch. Strong dependability, attendance, and work ethic. Experience with blueprint reading. Skill in tack welding. Competence in using shear tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with brake press and roller equipment. Ability to assemble various products. Experience with handrails. Why Work Here? They do have a 2nd shift soon that would run 2p-12:30a They have been consistently working weekends recently - 1st shift -Saturday 4a-9a - 2nd shift is Sunday 4a-9a Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
