WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift
SALARY RANGE: $25 - $30/hour
POSITION SUMMARY
The contract administrator provides administrative support to the company's general counsel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintains the company's Legal email inbox.
- Submits new Master Agreements to vendors and assists with revisions.
- Assists with the execution, review, and submission of non-disclosure agreements.
- Requests proof of builder's risk coverage, certificates of insurance, and bond documentation.
- Tracks coverage expirations and facilitates necessary extensions or changes.
- Creates document comparisons under the general counsel's direction.
- Edits contracts as requested.
- Collaborates with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to finalize contracts.
- Closes bonds after project completion.
- Populates relevant tracking databases with pertinent information for stakeholders as needed.
- Compares and reviews self-perform contracts for general counsel approval.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or any combination of education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed above.
- Well-organized, dedicated pre-planner and problem-solver.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to easily interact with members of the company's leadership team and client organizations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
