Residential Plumber Construction (Underground, Top-Out, or Trim)

Location: Jupiter & Palm Beach County, FL

GrowNScale is hiring experienced Residential Plumbers for ground-up residential construction projects across Jupiter and Palm Beach County. Were looking for plumbers with at least 3 years of experience in underground plumbing, top-out plumbing, or trim plumbing. You dont need to cover all three, but you must be highly skilled in at least one.

Were looking for plumbers who can show up ready to work, communicate with the team, and hold a high standard for craftsmanship and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Install and connect water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures on residential new construction projects

• Work from blueprints, drawings, and rough plumbing layouts

• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes using hand and power tools

• Slope and align piping systems to code

• Pressure test systems to check for leaks and proper installation

• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to meet timelines

• Follow jobsite safety policies and wear required PPE

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in residential new construction

• Skilled in at least one of the following: underground plumbing, top-out plumbing, or trim plumbing

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

• Own basic plumbing hand tools (wrenches, pipe cutters, torches, etc.)

• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and inspection requirements

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied outdoor conditions

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check if required

Pay & Benefits:

• $22$35/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
