Job Summary

• We are looking for Window & Door Installers at all skill levels to add to our growing team. Our crews work in teams of 2. They work together to install our custom-made windows or doors in and around Dane County and northern Illinois.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Install window and door products in accordance with Company standards and processes.
• Effectively prepare the job site for set up and tear down.
• Collaborate with Install Project Manager throughout the installation process to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques.
• Build and sustain positive homeowner relations and assist in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Maintain a mindset of continual self-learning and development of skills.
• Adhere to proper safety techniques at all times while maintaining a clean and orderly job site.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year general carpentry experience preferred.

Required Skills

• A valid Wisconsin driver's license and an excellent driving record is preferred.
