Welder

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Welder to join a reliable and hardworking team in Morrilton, AR. If you have a strong background in welding and take pride in precision and quality, this could be your next great opportunity.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00/hour (Based on experience)

Shifts: 6:30 AM-5:00 PM or 3:30 PM-1:30 AM | Sunday-Saturday (weekends only during OT) | Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours

What You'll Do:

• Perform welding tasks according to blueprints, work orders, or technical specifications
• Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures
• Ensure welds meet quality and structural standards
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and integrity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Prior welding experience is required
• Welding certification is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
