Work Tasks to be performed
General Christmas tree farm work. Such tasks as planting, pruning, spraying, land clearing, and harvest. Harvest includes packing trees out of fields, baling trees, stacking trees, and loading trees into trucks or trailers. General clean-up of area if necessary.
The employer will furnish, without charge, tools, supplies and protective equipment required to perform the specified work.

Crop and Pay
This is an application general Christmas Tree farm work.
Hourly wage is $19.85. The payroll period shall be weekly. The offered wage rate is the highest of AEWR, the prevailing hourly/piece rate, the agree-upon collective bargaining wage or the federal or state minimum wages at the time work is performed. These rates are subject to change and may increase during the period of this contract. In all cases, the highest of the AEWR, prevailing hourly/piece, the agreed-upon collective bargaining. Wage, the federal or state minimum wage will be paid to workers for the payroll period. Current AEWR $19.82.
