Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager - High-End Residential position include: 10+ years of experience in residential construction, including remodels and high-end custom homes Proficient in project management software (Buildertrend preferred, but any PM software is acceptable) and strong technology skills Strong communication and customer service experience with homeowners on projects ranging from $200K to $1M+ Oversee 10+ jobs at a time, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are maintained Ability to manage all phases of residential remodels, including framing, trim carpentry, and jobsite logistics Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural plans and handling supply take-offs Track daily progress, submit permits, and manage change orders and weekly reporting Willing to work both in the field and perform necessary administrative duties Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
