un HIRING: Skilled Handyman/Contractor - Work Orders compensation: Pay based on job HIRING: Skilled Handyman/Contractor - Work Orders in South City, North County, South County, St. Louis & St. Charles (Same-Day Pay with Completed Work Pictures) We are seeking a dependable, skilled handyman or contractor to complete work orders in apartments, rental properties, and single-family homes, including occupied and unoccupied units, throughout South City, North County, South County, St. Louis, and St. Charles. Work Includes: Drywall repair and patching Light plumbing (toilets, faucets, leaks) Light electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches) Carpentry (trim, doors, minor framing) Flooring installation and repairs Roof patching Soffit and fascia repairs Concrete patching and minor repairs Wall or floor heater installations General maintenance and punch list work JOB PROCESS: We will inspect the job and analyze the issue You'll receive a description of the repair along with photos of the problem If you accept the job, we will: Schedule with the tenant so we can meet you on site Go with you to Home Depot to purchase the materials needed to complete the work If any unforeseen issues arise during the repair, we will reassess and determine next steps together REQUIREMENTS: Must have own tools and reliable transportation Must be able to pick up materials from Home Depot (materials are paid for) Must provide clear BEFORE & AFTER photos for every job Must be professional, respectful, and dependable You will be working in occupied and unoccupied units, so professionalism is mandatory Same-day pay once job is completed and photos are approved Payment via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp ONLY - NO CASH DO NOT APPLY IF: You are not willing to provide a valid photo ID You are not willing to complete a W9 You are not comfortable working in occupied units TO APPLY: REPLY WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER - NO RESPONSE WITHOUT IT.
