Looking for the right person to do multiple general trades Ideal candidate MUST have: Dependable transposrtaion Have own tools Cell phone Punctual(On Time) Team player MUST have Liability insurance policy or the ability to obtain upon hire. Ideal candidates must be upbeat, self-motivated, able to work both independently and as a team, mulit-task and demonstrate excellent communication and people skills, both written and oral. The right candidate will have experience and knowledge of electrical repairs as well as the ability to perform basic maintenance. ELECTRICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical control, wiring and lighting systems. Reading technical blueprints Performing feneral electrical maintenance Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices Following National Electrical Code state and local regulations REQUIREMENTS: At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial electrical Strong knowledge oelectrical codes and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem solving skills. Strong communitaions and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow strict timelines and work under preassure.
