Welder
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our fence fabrication and installation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and working with steel or iron to build and repair high-quality fencing products.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 to $20.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Fabricate and weld metal components for residential and commercial fencing
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
Perform MIG welding on steel, iron, and other materials
Grind, cut, and finish welded parts for clean and secure joints
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
Assist with fence installation when needed
Welder Qualifications:
1+ years of welding experience (MIG preferred)
Ability to lift 75lbs and maneuver heavy materials
Familiarity with fencing materials and fabrication techniques preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable and able to work in various weather conditions
Valid Driver's License required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
