We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Project Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in sales support, design, ongoing support of parking systems, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technical operations, civil design, and project management, and is proficient with industry-standard tools and software. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement PARCS hardware infrastructure based on technical and operational requirements. Serve as a liaison between technical teams, subcontractors, sales, and clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. Utilize AutoCAD, DraftSight, Bluebeam Revu, Visio, and/ or related design software to create technical drawings and layouts. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and procedural manuals using Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production operations and meet project deadlines. Attends onsite customer walk through meetings to understand and develop scope of work. Ability to operate and deliver consistent with crucial deadlines Participate in sales agreement and proposal reviews with contributor level involvement. Ensure all project activities meet or exceed industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines Qualifications: Extensive knowledge and experience in the operation, repair, and installation of: Electronic equipment Parking field equipment Server hardware and software maintenance Strong background in: Customer service and client relations On-site training and technical support PARCS infrastructure layout and design Network infrastructure installation and support Proficient with the following software/tools: AutoCAD, DraftSight Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Google Docs, Google Sheets Visio, Visual Studio Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Aptitude for troubleshooting complex technical systems Education & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical operations or infrastructure-related role Working Conditions: Travel is varied but required to client sites and project locations Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. Occasional evening or weekend work depending on project demands
