Project Summary

This proposal outlines the painting of 29 college apartment units, ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom layouts. The project will be completed by a team of six (6) painters, working together to deliver quality results within a defined timeframe.

Scope of Work
Interior painting of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom college apartments (29 units total)
Standard repainting includes walls, trim, and minor patching
Paint and basic supplies used on-site will be provided
Painters are responsible for their own tools
Team must work collaboratively to complete all units

Estimated Compensation
Total Group Estimate: $12,000
Split Among 6 Painters: $2,000 each
This is an estimate only. Final price may increase if additional units are added or scope changes.

Schedule & Deadlines
Start Date: Tuesday, July 29, 2025
Deadline for Completion: Tuesday, August 6, 2025
All team members are expected to be on-site and working daily to ensure timely completion.

Accommodations Provided
Sleeping arrangements are included at the property
Painters must bring their own:
Bedding set
Toiletries
Pots and pans
Any other personal items needed for comfort

Payment Terms
Net 30 Payment Terms
Invoices must be submitted upon completion of all work
Payment will be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice
All painters must complete their portion of work in full to be eligible for payment

Additional Notes
If more units are added, the overall payment will increase accordingly
This is a team-based projectno painter may take on units independently
All painters are expected to work respectfully and professionally on-site
