Location: Tumwater, Olympia, Centralia, and Rochester communities

Job Overview
We are a property management business seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and instruct up to 6 employees across multiple job sites in the Tumwater, Olympia, Centralia, and Rochester communities.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance workers, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities across various job sites.
Conduct building renovation projects, including exterior siding installation and repair.
Oversee the installation and repair of cabinetry and countertops.
Manage vanity and bathtub installations and repairs.
Perform appliance repair and maintenance.
Repair and maintain heaters and exhaust fans.
Handle electrical work, including outlets, switches, and lighting.
Perform plumbing tasks, including hot water tank installation, valve and faucet repairs, drain maintenance, and water leak fixes.
Ensure proper ventilation in roofs, attics, and crawl spaces.
Repair and maintain window and door hardware.

Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in property maintenance.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in building renovation, electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills to interact with employees and clients.

Salary
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
