Provide technical expertise, project management and budget control for

construction projects.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering (architectural, mechanical, or electrical) or

construction management from an accredited college or university and three years of related experience, or equivalent

combination of education and experience.
