Responsibilities

• Engineer precise, scalable, and manufacturable solutions in building technology.
• Apply thermal, structural, and mechanical design expertise to powerful and efficient systems.
• Engage in hands-on prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure performance, durability, and safety.
• Collaborate with industrial designers, architects, and manufacturing experts for seamless integration.
• Explore and implement advanced materials and production methods.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proven track record of launching real, physical products into production.
• Strong expertise in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent), FEA analysis, and mechanical simulation.
• Experience with thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics.
• Background in high-performance product development in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of scalable manufacturing processes including machining, casting, injection molding, and precision fabrication.
• Experience in startup environments.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• A deep passion for innovation and the drive to create elegant and functional systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
