About the role To meet the demands of our rapidly growing customer base, Cressy Construction is seeking dedicated Carpenters to join our team. This a full time, year-round position with a continually growing company. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, able to load and unload heavy materials, be reliable, and a hard worker. We are looking for individuals that have experience working on commercial projects and can keep up in a fast paced, construction environment. A valid driver's license, residency and dependable transportation are required. Qualifications Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction Willingness to learn Knowledge of general construction Experience in operating hand tools and equipment Involves the operation of small equipment and tools, including saws and drills Valid driver's license Painting / finishing ability preferred Ability to document daily progress Ability to multi-task and prioritize with time constraints Take initiative on the job site Self-motivated Reliability is a necessity Possess a strong-work ethic Must be able to pass a background screen and drug test (required) We reward talent.
