Pay:
GLUCK+ is looking for an experienced Architect and/or Construction Supervisor to be the lead On-site Construction Manager using our Architect Led Design Build model. The modern single family house is located in the Catskill Mountains. The position would begin in the NY office as the design and documents are developed. Once construction begins significant time would be required on site.
Must have real world experience on residential construction sites either as a construction manager or doing intensive Architectural construction administration. Candidates should have project management experience.
The following skills are requisite:
Experience on ground-up projects from Design Development or Preconstruction Services through Construction.
Experience with high end finishes and a strong understanding of construction detailing and wood framed construction.
Experience with Scheduling, project commissioning and closeout a plus
Highly adept problem solver with strong technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Highly motivated, team oriented individuals.
