POSITION: Project Coordinator (Lead Hardware Management)

What You will Do:

Lead the planning and coordination of large-scale projects, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive level management

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary

Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expenses

Lead cross-functional teams and work with project managers to ensure project success

Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders

Mentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates and project managers

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required

2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management

Profound project management and organizational skills, including experience leading large-scale projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations to executive level management

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required

Pay Range: $60k - $75k

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Plainfield, IN

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.

Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
