We travel to various job sites throughout Michigan and Ohio, so being open to travel is a must. Position: Traveling Tile Installer Travel-Based Work Jobs vary in location - must be comfortable traveling with the crew Hotel/lodging provided when overnight stays are required Pay: Hourly rate Entry-level? We offer paid training! lodging covered Duties Include: Measuring, cutting, and installing tile for floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, etc. Prepping surfaces (cleaning, leveling, waterproofing) Grouting, sealing, and finishing work Loading/unloading materials and tools Keeping the worksite clean and professional Working as part of a team and following direction Communicating with foreman and other crew members What You Need: Willingness to travel - sometimes for multiple days Reliable and punctual Handle physical labor Good attitude and team mentality Driver's license is a plus Basic hand tools (optional for trainees) Experience with tile saws and tools is a plus but not required We Provide: Hotel/lodging On-the-job training All tile, materials, and installation supplies Advancement opportunities for committed workers Ready to Join the Team?
