This is a full-time position with consistent work on both residential and small commercial systems. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with rooftop or ground-mount installs and are comfortable working outdoors in a team environment. You'll be working on solar arrays, racking systems, and inverters so a strong mechanical background is essential. This company values safety, teamwork, and professional growth.
