We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 or 3 years of home painting experience, both interiors and exteriors Job Responsibilities : Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint primer, paint, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply paint evenly and efficiently Mix paints and match colors to achieve desired results Protect surrounding areas by covering furniture, floors, and fixtures Remove, install, and re-install fixtures such as outlet covers and switch plates Erect scaffolding and set up ladders safely to reach high areas Clean time, costs painting projects Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Adhere to all safety regulations and use proper protective equipment Skills Required : Previous experience as a residential painter (2-3 years preferred) Knowledge of various painting techniques and color theory Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Excellent time management and organizational skills Good physical stamina and dexterity Basic math skills for calculating paint quantities and surface areas Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds If you have this type of experience and are seeking a new job, please apply for the position.
