Location: Northeast Ohio | Full-Time | Starting Immediately

After 12 months of strong performance in this role, you'll be eligible for company-sponsored CDL training a valuable step toward advancing your career in the waste management industry.

We are currently hiring Trash Throwers / General Laborers to join our team. This is an active, fast-paced position that primarily involves riding on the back of a garbage truck and collecting trash from residential and commercial customers. The role may also include operating non-CDL trash trucks, assisting with junk removal jobs, and house cleanouts.

What You'll Be Doing

Ride along on trash routes and safely collect garbage and recyclables

Operate under-CDL garbage trucks (if qualified)

Help with junk removal, house cleanouts, and job site debris pickups

Perform general labor tasks including lifting, loading, and moving materials

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

Represent the company positively with customers and in the community

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Must be able to lift heavy items repeatedly and work in all weather conditions

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Willingness to learn and take direction

Valid driver's license (preferred); CDL not required but a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
