Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction . This role involves overseeing projects from pre-construction to final delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You ll collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to uphold our reputation for excellence.

• Participate in pre-construction planning and estimating.

• Prepare and manage subcontracts and supplier agreements.

• Review and approve project submittals.

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules.

• Track job costs and manage budgets across labor, materials, and subcontractors.

• Lead progress meetings with clients and project stakeholders.

• Handle project accounting, change orders, and cost adjustments.

• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.

• Continuously improve leadership and technology skills.

• 5 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in Commercial Construction .

• Prior experience working with a General Contractor strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Construction Engineering , or related field preferred.

• Proficient in:

  • Sage 300 (Estimating and Project Management)

  • Microsoft Project

  • Bluebeam

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Problem-solving and collaborative mindset

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• Comfortable adopting and learning new technology
