A well-established and growing general contractor based in the Brunswick, OH area is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in heavy federal construction projects . This is a confidential search for a long-term, high-impact team member who can take ownership of complex, compliance-driven work.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in federal, military, or government construction

• Proven success managing projects with strict specifications, documentation, and quality control

• Strong understanding of federal project delivery (design-bid-build, design-build, etc.)

• Experience coordinating with government agencies, third-party inspectors, and multiple stakeholders

• Skilled in project scheduling, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• USACE/NAVFAC, VA, or other agency experience preferred

• PMP, OSHA 30, or other certifications a plus

• Federal facilities

• Institutional builds

• Infrastructure tied to federal contracts

• Projects requiring close attention to compliance, safety, and documentation
