Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our metal manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain machinery used in the production of metal components, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate metal fabrication machines such as saws, presses, shears, and grinders.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.Record production data and maintain accurate logs.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Qualifications:Previous experience in metal manufacturing or machine operation.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and quality.Basic math and measurement skills.Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
