Work Shift

Job Summary: Responsible for the overall coordination of the supply chain contracting function by maintaining contract files, records, preparing reports/KPIs/metrics, and reconciling discrepancies for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance while minimizing risk. Establishes and maintains the quality control and data integrity of contracts by maintaining a master "source of truth" contract list noting key contract elements. Builds and maintains contracts within the group purchasing organization (GPO) website, materials management information system (MMIS) contract database, and internal shared files. Builds and maintains a master vendor rebate spreadsheet and tracks rebate compliance forms for compliance and accuracy for supply chain leadership for direct/local contracts. Reviews contract submissions for accuracy and completeness as assigned and collaborates with requesters to update any deficiencies in their submissions. Assists the contracts team and category leaders in their day-to-day operations and leadership with any reporting or project needs. Maintains department records such as policies, procedures, job aids, training documents, etc. Assists in on boarding and training new team members. Ensures all required builds and updates are completed timely and all errors are resolved. Effectively communicates to internal and external customers. Required Minimum Education:
  • Bachelors Business Administration/Management-Preferred or Associates Business Administration/Management or High School Diploma Other
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Additional License(s) and Certification(s): Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years previous health care, supply chain, contract administration or other relevant experience Required andExperience with Microsoft Excel building spreadsheets/uploads Required andWorking knowledge of automated MMIS Preferred andKnowledge of medical products/services and/or vendors utilized in a hospital setting Preferred Required Minimum Skills: Communicates well with others and presents a positive image to internal and external customers.
