Safety Compliance:
Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Effective communication with all stakeholders, including subcontractors, project managers, and clients.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with construction documents, building codes, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
On-site Management:
Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Quality Control:
Ensuring work meets quality standards and specifications.
Safety Enforcement:
Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Problem Resolution:
Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
Subcontractor Management:
Coordinating and managing subcontractors, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.
