Painter (2nd Shift) Job Description Join our small team dedicated to painting a variety of OEM and machined parts, ranging in sizes. This role involves prepping and occasionally blasting parts, as well as operating HVLP spray guns to ensure a high-quality finish. Responsibilities Paint a variety of OEM and machined parts using HVLP spray guns. Prepare parts for painting, including sanding and blasting as necessary. Ensure quality and consistency in paint application. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Essential Skills Proficiency in HVLP spray gun operation. Industrial painting techniques. Electrostatic and industrial spraying methods. Minimum of 3 years of painting experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in paint prep and sandblasting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr. Vision Reimbursement: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment Life and AD&D: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment Personal Days: Effective immediately, you are eligible for three (3) personal days. Unused personal days can be carried over year to year up to a maximum of 15 days. Any hours earned in excess of 15 days are paid out annually. Holidays: We provide ten (10) paid holidays per year. 401k Retirement Plan: You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan upon completion of 30 days of eligible service. We offer a traditional pre-tax 401k plan as well as a Roth 401k plan. compensation under the Roth 401k plan. 401k Employer Match: If you make salary deferrals to the plan, the Company will make a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of the amount you contribute up to 4%.
