- **Estimating & Cost Management:** Provide accurate project estimations and oversee cost management.
- **Contract Negotiations:** Engage in and navigate complex contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- **Business Development:** Pursue and secure private and government construction contracts, leveraging your vast industry network.
- **Project Management:** Ensure successful project outcomes through effective planning, execution, and closeout strategies.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in both **commercial construction** and **renovation** projects.
- Strong background in * commercial construction, government projects, demolition, estimating,** and **contract negotiations.**
- Demonstrated **business acumen** and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with both **private and government contract** processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
