A well-established commercial drywall contractor is actively seeking a skilled Superintendent with a strong background in drywall construction and a proven ability to manage large-scale commercial projects in the field.

Position Overview:
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities for drywall construction projects upwards of $3 million in value. We're looking for someone who brings 5+ years of experience , solid tenure with previous employers, and the leadership to drive quality, schedule, and team performance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and project site operations

• Coordinate schedules, materials, inspections, and manpower

• Ensure safety, quality control, and project timeline compliance

• Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure seamless communication

• Troubleshoot issues on-site and maintain project efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial drywall construction

• Experience managing projects $3 million+

• Strong knowledge of commercial drywall systems, blueprint reading, and field coordination

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple trades on-site

• Reliable work history with solid tenure at past employers

• Must be local to DC, MD, or PA
