Construction Drywall Project Manager

Commercial Drywall Project Manager Location: Cheshire, CT Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience

We’re currently partnering with a well-established commercial drywall contractor seeking a Project Manager with 3–5+ years of experience in drywall and metal stud framing. This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term stability, strong benefits, and a great team environment.

• Manage commercial drywall and framing projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients

• Perform accurate estimates for change orders and assist in pricing project scopes

• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid to perform takeoffs and bidding tasks

• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

• Review and process RFIs, submittals, and job cost tracking

• Communicate proactively with project stakeholders to ensure quality and satisfaction

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial drywall/metal stud framing

• Strong estimating skills — must know how to perform estimates for change orders

• Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
