Manufacturing Operator**
**Pay:** $21/hr
**Shift:** M-F 5:30AM - 2PM

**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling and testing complex electro-mechanical subassemblies. This position is based onsite in Bothell, WA and offers a stable work environment with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble, align, and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, and electronic subassemblies according to product diagrams, schematics, or samples.
+ Clean and prepare parts for assembly, ensuring all components meet quality standards.
+ Operate common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters with precision.
+ Read and interpret production or engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, test instructions, assembly drawings, work orders, procedures, and safety rules.
+ Determine sequence of operations from sketches, samples, and written/oral instructions.
+ Inspect and test assemblies to specifications, recording results accurately.
+ Collaborate effectively with co-workers, peers, and upper management while maintaining a positive attitude.
+ Assist in other operational areas as needed, including assembly and other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year of directly applicable experience as an Electro-Mechanical assembler.
+ Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.
+ Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in the English language.
+ Eye-hand coordination and ability to manipulate small objects for extended periods.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under guidance from trainers, QA, and supervisors.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate common systems such as Microsoft Outlook and review PDFs.
+ Capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.
+ Experience with production, assembly, and assembly line processes.

**Work Environment**

The position requires full-time hours with potential for overtime, and the shift is Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
