Junior Project Manager (UX Design)

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior UX Project Manager to support our user experience team in delivering intuitive, user-centered digital products. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design thinking, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to grow within the UX field. On a day to day, candidates will be embedded in a UX Design team focused on assisting and planning UX design deliverables and Industrial design deliverables. Delivery will include planning, coordinating, and documenting UX projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with UX designers to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders and providing status reports on timelines cross functionally. There will be an aspect of the role to facilitate meetings and design reviews, as well a tracking progress and identifying potential risks or roadblocks for timely delivery. Candidates should have a background in UX principles and delivery, as well as be comfortable in an Agile environment.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a UX or digital product environment

Hands on experience with project planning, tracking of project timelines and strong documentation experience

Knowledge of UX principles, design processes, and agile methodologies

Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product and engineering partners

Proficient with project tools such as Jira

Basic understanding of Figma Capacity planning and tracking

Exposure to user research methods and usability testing null
