Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Operator to manage and operate a skid steer at our site. The ideal candidate should have prior knowledge and experience with this equipment and an understanding of its proper operation. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for accurately recording the machine's performance. Responsibilities Operate skid steer efficiently and safely. Ensure proper functioning of the equipment. Record and document the machine's performance accurately. Essential Skills Experience in construction. Proficiency in operating bobcats and skid steers. Skilled in heavy equipment operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in skid steer operation. At least 6 months of experience in heavy equipment operation. No certifications required. Work Environment The role involves working outdoors on-site. Safety is a priority, requiring steel toe boots. The Operator will work alongside one other individual in the field, with interaction among a team of approximately ten people.
