We're building our team from the ground up in Indianapolis and Carmel. We have a successful model rolled out in Cleveland Ohio and we are now in Indy. We will roll out with one single van in North Indy Carmel area and expand fast with a proven model. You will be the first hire and report to the business manager. You will drive the van and take it home and will also have a helper that you will help hire, you NEED a valid license with close to perfect driving history, and will immediately get deferred equity compensation as long as you commit to help building the Indy operation. WHAT WE DO Fixtures, Water heater installs, (fast and clean installs expected) ProPress copper, PEX, PVC, full drain replacements Drain snaking and jetting Residential service plumbing and commercial Must have years of experience in knowing how to install sanitary and storm drainage systems and how to repair old systems PVC, Cast Iron, galvanized, Copper etc. WHAT WE OFFER Hourly Pay: $25 - $35/hr (based on experience) - possibly a $100,000+ roll /annually including commission below plus equity.
