Millwright Helper

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Millwright Helpers for projects located in and around Monticello, IN . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Millwright Helper eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• General labor and cleanup

• Assist Pipefitters, Welders, and other skilled trades

• Can washer front-end demo and rebuild

• Organizing parts and materials

• Working at heights using ladders

• Supporting shutdown and restart activities as needed

Requirements:

• • OSHA 10 Certification; TI does offer the course to qualified Employees who have yet to obtain the certification

  • General labor or construction experience

  • Experience in food & beverage environments (preferred)

  • Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks

  • Must adhere to strict safety and cleanliness protocols
