Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Requirements:

• 5 or more years translating business or policy requirements into test cases, scenarios, and test environments.
• Experience in Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or e-business platforms.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare systems and Medicaid-related business operations.
• Experience with manual or automated testing tools for test planning and execution.
• Experience in delivering clear communication and status reports to technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA efforts across multiple projects and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Design and execute functional test plans based on business requirements and policy docs.
• Track and communicate defects, open issues, and testing gaps throughout the test lifecycle.
• Support QA strategies within both Agile sprints and traditional SDLC project phases.
• Coordinate with development and business teams for resolution of defects and issues.
• Document test results, execution logs, and QA metrics using industry tools.
• Report progress clearly to stakeholders and management through written and verbal updates.
