Electro-Mechanical Assembler (3rd Shift)
Location: Onsite Maryland Heights, MO
3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday | 7:30 PM 6:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our 3rd shift team. This is a hands-on role responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels and related equipment in accordance with schematics and manufacturing specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, wiring experience, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire electrical components to meet manufacturing standards and schematics.

  • Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and fit components with precision.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

  • Perform quality checks on completed assemblies and rework or disassemble units when needed.

  • Clean, lubricate, and maintain parts and subassemblies.

  • Mark and label parts accurately.

  • Rotate through multiple production stations as needed.

  • Work closely with management to identify and communicate equipment defects or process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with UL specifications and company safety policies.

  • Maintain production goals while ensuring high quality standards.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in Electrical Industrial Automation preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.

  • Strong electrical wiring and mechanical assembly skills.

  • Comfortable using measuring tools and a variety of hand/power tools.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

  • Reliable, flexible, and a collaborative team player.
