Welder

Our customer in Winthrop, Maine is looking for a Welder to join their busy team No certification needed but prior experience is preferred. Will be trained by customer on their process. The welder will cut and join metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites. You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision.The welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is strongly preferred. This is a full time temp to hire assignment.Hourly rate will be $18/hourShift will be Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm
