This is a FT Direct Hire position

Are you a Safety Professional with a strong background in manufacturing looking to make a change? Our client, based in the Martinsburg area is looking for your expertise to support their modern, well-designed site to ensure a continued track record of safe operations. In this role, you will:

• Lead health and safety programs, including training, audits, and compliance.
• Champion Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives and the annual safety campaign.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee safety reporting, Workers Compensation, and Fire Protection programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulations.

• A Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of health and safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• CSP certification or related certification is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience successfully implementing and maintaining BBS and safety management systems.

• A base of $100k-$120k
