Laborer for roof repairs

Looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in the roofing/construction industry with preferably some experience in roof repairs. I will train the right person if they are willing to work hard and eager to learn this trade of work.
Requirements to be considered for
this position:
1)You must be drug free and be willing to pass a drug test.
2) Be able to follow directions and work hard everyday all day!
3)Show up everyday ready to work everydayBe Dependable!!!
4) You must have your own transportation to and from each job-site. ( I dont care if youre dropped off and someone picks you up ) you just have to have a way to and from work everyday. All of our jobs are in the Charlotte, Fort Mill and Rock Hill area.
5) You cant be afraid of weights. Most of the repairs I do are 2 to 3 stories high, you will have to climb a ladder daily. This job isnt for you if you are afraid of heights.
6) You absolutely MUST be able to work in the extremely hot temperatures all day 5 sometimes 6 days a week.
7) Not a requirement but previous roof repair experience is preferred
If you cant do all of these things please dont waste my time or yours by calling me for a job! Im only interested in hiring someone who can perform all the requirements I listed.
If you are able to do all the these requirements then please shoot me a text or call ... there is room for advancement for the right person and the pay all depends on you! I have no problem paying good money if youre worth it. We pay every Friday and you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year so you have to be legally able to work in this country. The pay period starts on Thursday and ends on Wednesday.
