As an Operations Manager, you oversee the installation of our residential basement waterproofing applications and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Day in the Life as an Operations Manager:

• Schedule installations for smooth customer transition post-sale.
• Confirm contract obligations, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Manage the customer experience, providing top-notch service.
• Effectively manage crews for efficient operations.
• Maintain financial integrity by collecting funds and following up on jobs under 60 days.
• Control costs by managing material and labor expenses.

• Experience as an Operations Manager in a similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of Basement Waterproofing and Foundation is beneficial but not required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Company Culture:
At Erie Home, we offer a dynamic work environment with a base salary of $60,000 to $68,000, plus monthly and bi-monthly bonuses, totaling over $90,000, with weekly pay.
