Seeking handyman with tools to perform a wide variety of real estate management tasks including but not limited to:

Asphalt Maintenance - Crackseal/Seal/Stripe
Concrete - Form/FInish
Carpentry - Frame/Rough/Finish
DecksPorches/Gazebos
Delivery of Cargo/Furniture/Parcels (Required to lift/maneuver items up to 150lbs with dollies, etc.
Flooring - carpeting/stone/tile/wood
Garages - Build from foundation up
Grounds Care -
HVAC - Condensers - Tankless Water Heaters
Irrigation -
Landscaping -
Painting Interior/Exterior
Plumbing -
Pole Barn Construction - "Barndominiums"
Pressure Washing -
Roofing - Steel & Shingles
Snow Removal
Steel Siding
Window Cleaning and Solar Tinting

We know that no one can do it all. Text us with what you can do and what tools you own. We will provide major equipment. You must be open to paid training for any of the skillsets listed. Higher pay based on higher skillsets including electrical/hvac.

Requires current active Driver's License with no accidents or tickets within 5 years. You must pass a drug test with marijuana screening.
