Entry Level HVAC Installer

Americool Heating and Air Conditioning is a growing family owned company located in south Thurston County. We are currently looking to hire entry level install helpers. While there is no experience required for this position, any knowledge in the HVAC or construction industry is a plus. Though this is an entry level position, it could certainly turn into a career/apprenticeship opportunity.

Required Qualifications:
-Good driving record
-Hard working
-Drug free
-Reliable
-Ability to lift 50 lbs
-Punctual
-Able to work in extreme heat/cold
-Honest
-Do not mind working long hours when necessary
