Highly organized and efficient you run your jobsite like a well-oiled machine.
Owns reliable tools and knows how to use them.
Works independently but can lead and coordinate when the time calls for it.
Keeps a clean jobsite and respects the clients home like its your own.
Hates chaos, loves order.
Shows up early, stays accountable, and lets quality speak louder than words.... This is a big one.
What Youll Be Doing:
Running small to mid-size remodel projects from start to finish.
Working closely with our project managers and designers to execute scopes with precision.
Interfacing with subs, suppliers, and homeowners when needed professionally and respectfully.
Reading and interpreting construction documents, scopes, and design plans with confidence.
Setting the tone on the jobsite with high standards, consistency, and craftsmanship.
