Experienced Carpenters Needed ASAP

Carpenter
Reports to: Superintendent
Overview: General construction skills and previous experience as a carpenter is required. Our projects consist of both residential and commercial and range from basic renovation to building ground-up.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
We are seeking a seasoned carpenter that can do everything from framing to finishing. Concrete forming and Rebar experience is a plus. Must be willing to do laborer work as needed.

Requirements:
Have a high school diploma/ GED
5 years of experience in commercial and residential carpentry, with your own carpentry tools
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Punctual and Reliable Transportation
Must be able to read and understand blueprints a plus
Strong working knowledge of job site safety
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Must be self-motivated, reliable, work independently, and work well with others
Able to lay out is a plus
Multi-Skilled a plus
As directed by the Superintendent or Foreman perform the following tasks using industry standard means and methods
Pay rate:
Position is Non-Exempt (Hourly, eligible for Overtime)
salary based on experience ($25.00-$45.00/hour)
