Warehouse Operations Manager (Site Manager)

Würth Wood Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager (Site Manager) to lead our distribution operation at our branch in Raleigh, NC .

Location: 4213 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610

Schedule: Monday-Friday approximately 7:00am-5:00pm ET

Permanent Role: This is a direct hire to Würth Wood Group without the use of any third parties/agencies.

Salary: $70k-$80k annual base depending on experience with the potential to earn $5k per quarter based on labor control and quality KPIs. No overtime pay for salaried employees.

Team Size: 11 employees including warehouse associates, CDL delivery (truck) drivers, and warehouse lead(s).

Hands-On Leadership Only: We need someone willing to get their hands dirty who will be actively involved on the front lines of the operation in every department from inbound, to outbound, and even our color lab where our tint specialist prepares paint and stain orders to customer specifications.

WMS/ERP: We use SAP software and require someone with experience navigating at least some type of WMS or ERP software for inventory control, order tracking, looking up products and part numbers, etc.

Requirements: minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations management, proven ability to lead and develop warehouse and CDL delivery personnel through hands-on leadership, strong background in full-spectrum inbound and outbound operations including receiving, checking in materials, stockkeeping, inventory management, picking/packing, palletizing, and shipping, demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiency, WMS and/or ERP system proficiency, experience developing and enforcing SOPs, knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance, ability to coordinate and schedule basic facility maintenance (electricians, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, waste management), strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on experience with sit-down propane forklifts, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
