Summary
To design, implement, and continuously improve the S&OP process framework (heavy focus on fusion of technological toolkit within disparate planning platforms) ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Standardization
- Develop and document standardized S&OP processes, templates, and workflows.
- Generate/upgrade statistical model within a parasitic ecosystem which produces demand, supply and production plans; pulling inputs from financial and promotional platforms.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
- Ensure global consistency while allowing for regional/local flexibility.
- Governance & Compliance
- Establish governance structures for S&OP (e.g., meeting cadence, escalation paths).
- Monitor adherence to the S&OP process and drive compliance through KPIs and audits.
- Technology & Tools Enablement
- Through leader and collaborator of business requirements with IT to select, implement, and optimize S&OP tools (e.g., NetSuite IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan).
- Drive accuracy in Item master integrity to generate accurate material requirements outputs.
- Define data standards and integration requirements.
- Capability Building
- Develop training materials and lead capability-building initiatives.
- Act as a coach and mentor to S&OP practitioners across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement
- Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead or support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives within the S&OP domain.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication.
- Act as a liaison between business units, regions, and corporate leadership.
- Change Management & Training:
- Drive change management initiatives to embed S&OP best practices across the organization.
- Develop training materials and lead workshops to build S&OP capabilities.

Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or process architecture roles. Data analytics and visualization.
- Proven experience designing and implementing S&OP processes in a complex, global environment with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) maturity.
- Process modeling (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC)
- Change management and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
