About the Role:
Were looking for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Workplace Operations Manager to support our Menlo Park office. This role is critical in enhancing employee experience through efficient office management, cross-functional project execution, and a strong focus on culture and community. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement impactful workplace initiatives and improvements, ensuring the office supports collaboration, innovation, and employee wellbeing.
What Youll Do:
Lead and manage workplace improvement projects from ideation to execution, including office redesigns, vendor transitions, and space planning.
Define project scopes, goals, timelines, and resource needs in coordination with Real Estate and Workplace stakeholders.
Partner with Workplace Design, Real Estate, and external vendors to plan and oversee buildouts, renovations, and upgrades, including budget management and progress tracking.
Maintain a high-functioning office environment, including asset tracking, furniture updates, and cleanliness standards.
Host and support in-person and hybrid team-building events that drive engagement and culture.
Support implementation of collaboration tools and in-office work solutions to optimize team productivity.
Recommend and implement process improvements based on team feedback, workplace trends, and evolving business needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on pilot programs and continuous innovation efforts.
Ensure workplace operations align with organizational goals, fostering a connected, high-energy culture.
What You Bring:
5+ years of recent experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, or event coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys being a visible presence in the office and fostering company culture.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
Creative problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with managing confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence.
Enthusiastic about hosting in-person and hybrid employee events that promote community and engagement.
Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
